This hike is beautiful and overlooks the valley.    About halfway through the hike, you can spot the wind cave from a few miles away. There are some rocky sections on the hike and at the end of the hike, you will reach switchbacks. The most rewarding part of the hike is that you reach a waterfall at the end. At the end of the hike, there is a cool cave you can climb in and explore. The cave is dark and gets tinier and tinier as you explore. Makes sure to be careful, the cave can be a little slippery. This hike is the perfect thing to do on a Saturday afternoon. It is a great place to pack a lunch and

These caves used to be lava hot tubes but then became ice.  If you are going to the ice caves for the first time, it is important to dress very warmly. The caves are icy and can be cold inside. Remember to wear clothes that you are okay with getting dirty. It is important to bring a flashlight and wear snowshoes. The ice caves have tight spaces and it is not ideal for people who may be claustrophobic. Another thing that you should bring is warm gloves.  The ice caves have ice that can be 3 to 6 inches thick.
