Sprint 4 This week, I spent a lot of time working on my blog posts. I worked on finishing up my blog post for going to the sand dunes and I finished up my blog post for the ice caves. I was very happy with how these blog posts turned out and I am excited for other people to read them and try going to some of these different places. I think the sand dunes and the civil defense caves are the perfect activity. This week, I got the opportunity to go to the civil defense caves. The civil defense caves is such a fun place for people to go exploring. I got to take pictures of the caves and look at it. I took photos for my blog posts and got to edit them. I love writing these posts and inspiring others with ideas.

Civil Defense Caves  The civil defense caves are large tubes formed from lava. These caves are located 24 miles from Rexburg. When you get to the caves, they will be cold. When you are climbing into the cave, it may be a little rocky. Once you are in the cave, the floor is flat, and they are really easy to explore. The caves are dark and made up of rocks.  When you are planning on going to the civil defense caves, remember to bring a flashlight and dress warmly. There may be ice at the entrance to the caves. It is important to bring a vehicle that is great for off-roading. The road is bumpy and you may get mud on your car.  The civil defense cave is a great place to bring friends and go exploring. It is a fun outdoor adventure, and it is a unique sight to see. In the cave, people often like to walk through the cave and look around. One fun activity is hide and seek. Another thing you can do is bring glowsticks for extra light. College kids like to play glow-in-the-dark tag.  These cav

Sand Dunes  The sand dunes are located in St Anothony, just 15 minutes outside of Rexburg. These sand dunes have hills and hills of beautiful sand. This is a popular destination for students, families, and friends to spend time together and enjoy the dunes. There are 10,000 acres of sand at these dunes. One popular activity to do at the sand dunes is sledding. During the cold winter months, students come out to the dunes to go sledding with their friends. This can also be an excellent FHE group activity. The dunes offer plenty of hills to sled down. There are some huge hills and some mini hills. This is perfect for people of all levels.  You can rent sleds and snow equipment at the BYU-Idaho Outdoor Recreation Center. Local stores like Walmart and Broliums also offer sleds. People often gather together in huge groups to go sledding, take videos, and be with their friends. Sledding is a great opportunity to meet new people and socialize. The best part is, you can even bring your dog! T

These past few weeks, I have been getting a lot of work done with my blog posts. This past week, I finished writing my rock climbing blog post for "Idaho Adventures." This article was really fun to write because it is the perfect activity for someone to do during the snow. I got to add pictures and write about a fun activity.  Next, I finished my R mountain blog post. I enjoyed writing this post because I am passionate about hiking and I think this is a great outdoor activity. It is a simple hike, and people can do it during the winter.  Another thing I did this week was going to the sand dunes. I got the opportunity to take pictures and go sledding. It gets super cold in Rexburg and the sand dunes are another great idea. Lastly, I went to the ice caves and took pictures of the caves. In the past two weeks, I got a lot done with my posts. I finished posts and started writing new posts. I am excited to share all of my blog posts with others.
